GPA Goals | Why This System Is Different
Goal setting, motivation, discipline, habits, productivity. If you’ve ever written goals down and still felt stuck, this is the process I use. Learn how to set goals and achieve them efficiently using this powerful process for daily planning.
I created the GPA method about 15 years ago because most goal systems get too complicated. GPA is simple: Goal, Purpose, Action.
In this video, I walk you through how to set a goal as if it’s already done, define the real purpose behind it in clear detail, and then lay out the action steps that make it inevitable. I also explain why I recommend no more than two goals at a time, and why you should start with just one the first time you do it.
Then I show you the missing piece most people ignore: repetition and imaging. Not “visualization” in a vague way. Imaging that uses all your senses. Read your GPA in the morning, at night, and anytime you get downtime, and train your mind to see yourself doing the work and achieving the result.
If you want a goal system that’s practical, repeatable, and built for real life, start here. Drop your goal in the comments if you want me to help you shape it into a clean GPA plan.
